  Had a couple of suits dry cleaned here earlier in the year. Whilst they came out clean and removed a stain, one pair of trousers from one of the suits had been damaged and poorly repaired. I was told this damaged was not caused by them and the tear was already there (despite the damage not being marked on any form upon dropping the items off and being the only people to handle the suit since it was made). After lots of back and forth, they came up with every excuse under the sun (including bizarrely trying to argue my suit was not bespoke, for whatever reason) and then just stopped replying. Tried taking to small claims but surprise suprise, no answer from them on that either. Ended up paying to have new trousers made, leaving me out of pocket. The owner will probably respond to this saying it's all untrue, so you can make up your own mind but there are plenty of other dry cleanin places around so if you may not believe this review, I'd ask if it's worth the risk using them?
